Alicia Knight

Alicia Knight serves as the Senior Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration at NC State University, where she leads two key administrative operational divisions: University Real Estate and Development, and Environmental Health and Public Safety. She joined NC State in June 2020 and brings extensive experience in higher education administration, with a focus on areas such as real estate, development, construction, facilities operations, parking and transportation, and business/auxiliary services.

Before joining NC State, Ms. Knight spent nearly two decades at The George Washington University, where she held various leadership roles, including Senior Associate Vice President for Operations for nearly ten years.

Ms. Knight earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business, where she also served as a Presidential Fellow.
