In the Fall of 2023 HSCSC contracted with NC State’s Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management (PRTM) and College of Design to execute the project “Activating NC State Students in the Development of Hillsborough Street”.

March Madness, Spring 2024

This report highlights the economic impact of the NC State Basketball runs to the Final Four (both men's and women's) on Hillsborough Street by looking at data involving visitors on key dates as well as food & beverage sales over March and April.
