Lise Sherlin

Lise Sherlin is delighted to be a Raleigh resident and enjoys giving back to her community. After a wonderful career in the Wake County Public School System she left to work with her husband’s law firm, Epstein Sherlin PLLC, as the Office Manager. Over the years she has been involved in multiple roles in numerous organizations including as the Director or the Hayes Barton United Methodist Church Nursery, as a Member of the North Carolina Book Club Society and served as PTA President at Lacy Elementary. Lise was appointed by Governor Roy Cooper to the Board of the NC Museum of Science where she served for five years. She has also served as a Board Member of National Charity League and as a Board Member of boys team charity.
Lise is a Greensboro native. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a bachelor's degree in history. Upon graduation she lived and worked in Washington, DC for several years before returning to North Carolina. She and her husband, David Sherlin, have resided in Raleigh since 2002. They are the proud parents of two teenage children and two rescue beagles they adopted from Triangle Beagle Rescue.
