Todd Chriscoe

Vice Chair

Todd Chriscoe is the operating partner of Mitch's Tavern, a beloved NCSU landmark that has been serving the community since 1972. With 40 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at Mitch's.

Before taking on the leadership of Mitch's Tavern, Todd worked with Summit Hospitality Group, a regional hotel development and management company. During his time at Summit, he held various operational roles, gaining a broad understanding of hospitality management.

A native of Jack Springs, NC, in Moore County, Todd served in the North Carolina Army National Guard. He attended Sandhills Community College before transferring to North Carolina State University, where he began his career in the hospitality industry. In the late 1980s, Todd worked as a bartender at Charlie Goodnights in Raleigh while a student at NCSU. What started as a student job turned into a nearly 20-year tenure, where Todd became a familiar face in the local nightlife scene.

From 1999 to 2005, Todd served as the operating partner of The Office, one of Raleigh’s last large-scale nightclubs. The Office became an iconic venue that influenced several national nightclub chains.
