Events & Engagement Assistant

Autumn Self joined the Hillsborough team in August 2023 as an Event Planning & Communications Intern. Following her graduation in December 2023, she took on a part-time position as an Engagement Associate with LiveItUp!

In July 2024, Autumn transitioned into a full-time role as the Events & Engagement Assistant.

In her role, Autumn is responsible for organizing various activations and managing several of our social media channels, including the Student Influencer Initiative - Creator Club. She actively fosters community and merchant engagement through collaborative initiatives with local universities and businesses.

Originally from Mebane, NC, Autumn completed her first two years of Undergrad at Appalachian State University until transferring and graduating from NC State University in December 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management, concentrating in Event and Tourism Management.

Outside of work, Autumn enjoys spending time with her family, trying new food spots in the area, watching sports, and finding new events in Raleigh to check out.
