ComedyWorx is an improv troupe located in the Royal Bakery Building across from Meredith College. The troupe hosts family-friendly comedy shows on Friday and Saturday nights at 8:00 p.m. and a 10:00 p.m. show on Friday for mature audiences. Additionally, they host a Saturday matinee at 4:00 p.m.
They perform private shows, business training, and team building workshops for organizations throughout the Southesast at their location or at the company's headquarters.
ComedyWorx moved to Hillsborough Street from Peace Street in 2017.
