Tuesday, June 25

Get ready for a night of laughter as the North Carolina’s Funniest Person Competition continues at Goodnights Comedy Club. Grab tickets to this can’t-miss, 18+ competition and help decide who moves on to compete for the $1,200 prize! You can check out the lineup for Tuesday night’s competitors here.

This summer join The Green Monkey for Hell Yeah I have Bingo! every Tuesday night at 7:30 & head over to Redline Beer & Wine for Trivia Tuesday’s at 9pm all summer long.

Wednesday, June 26

Enjoy a night of laughs from some of the best stand-up performances in North Carolina at the final night of the Preliminary round of North Carolina’s Funniest Person Competition at Goodnights Comedy Club. This 18+ show has some hilarious talent lined-up (here) and the audience will get to decide who moves on to the semi-finals round!

Join Raleigh Little Theatre to celebrate their 2018-19 season this Wednesday at the Cantey Awards. Actors and volunteers will be recognized for their talents and hard work. A reception will be hosted in Suton lobby after the ceremony to mingle with other nominees and catch up with old friends!

Get out of the heat this Wednesday night and enjoy the weekly Ridiculously Low-Priced Beer special all day at The Green Monkey or get your team together for pizza, liquor specials & Trivia Night at Brickhouse Sports Bar & Grille.

Thursday, June 27

Image result for origin of disease, Wor and inanimus at City bar raleigh This Thursday thru Saturday, Goodnights Comedy Club presents Kurt Braunohler, host of the popular “K Ohler with Kurt Braunohler” podcast and also named one of Variety’s “Top 10 Comics to Watch”. Catch his opening night show at Goodnights this Thursday at 8pm.

Did you miss out on ComedyWorx Improv Mixer last week? Not to worry, there is another one happening this Thursday at 8:30pm. Get your group signed up to perform or purchase tickets at the door to enjoy an evening of “M” rated comedy. Participation is open to groups of all experience levels from any theatre who wants to perform.

Don’t miss out on Raleigh’s Summer Metal Fest at our very own Citybar Raleigh! The lineup gets started at 7:30pm featuring North Carolina metal artists including WoR, Inanimus & Origin of Disease. Tickets for this high energy, can’t-miss show can be purchased at the door for $7.

Coming this Friday to Citybar Raleigh, Raleigh Brewing and That Station present Raleigh’s original soulful bluegrass band Hank, Pattie & The Current. Get your tickets now to come out and support the groups release of their new album, Rise Above and enjoy supporting performances by Chris Jones & the Nightdrivers.

Catch the second night of shows as Goodnights Comedy Club hosts Kurt Braunohler this Friday. Make reservations at The Factory and enjoy dinner before the show!

Don’t forget about some of our favorite events and specials that happen every Friday on Hillsborough Street. Enjoy Friday drink specials and Karaoke with DJ Stevie B. at Brickhouse Sports Bar & Grille and join ComedyWorx at 10pm for The Harry Show, a late-night improv party based on audience suggestions and participation.

This family friendly show is appropriate for all audiences and you can get $2 off your entry fee if you wear clothing that supports the LGBTQ community! A percentage of proceeds will be donated to the LGBTQ center of Raleigh. Come out and support the LGBTQ community for pride month!

Every Saturday night, the Irregardless Café hosts live jazz and cocktails starting at 9pm. Come join in on the fun this Saturday with appetizers, hand-crafted cocktails and jazz artist The Westbrooks.
