Can you confirm that is the intent The Executive Committee will review and then selected a preferred vendor from the replies, that vendor will be invited to come to the March Board meeting on 20th to make a presentation. At that time the Board will finalize next steps and the selection.
Do you have a preferred scope or extent for public input and engagement? Number of events/touch points, formats, etc would be helpful. We would also be curious what capacity your organization has to execute the engagement versus what would be needed from the consultant team.We do not have a preferred plan, form or level for engagement with our stakeholders. We do not anticipate public engagement to be the focus of the work, this is more an effort to get recommendations from professionals experienced in town/gown communities, yet public engagement is still important to us and this project. We can assist in making introductions, suggestions for when and where conversations can be held, and how we have communicated with stakeholders in the past.

When was your last organizational strategic plan or district brand update? Are either of those items expected to be addressed and developed as part of this scope?
